A warning: This is a scam. We got lied to, avoided and ghosted. There is no reception, this is a private guy marketing off apartments as hotel rooms. You dont just get a whole apartment, you get a small area next to strangers for a cozy time. In our case we had a door in our room (only 1 room + bath) and we asked what’s behind, since it was locked. The reply was „an empty room, if you booked for family it would be opened“. Sadly that wasn’t exactly true. We found out when we came back 1am at night. We could hear loud TV and then breathing/snoring from behind that door. Turns out thats a sleeping room from the apartment next door. Only one small wall, and a thin door away. We left the hotel that night and went to a different one. I contacted the „owner“ (first he claimed to be owner, then he claimed to work for someone) and complained. He lied to us, again. Thats only the apartment sounds we hear thru the empty room. We didn’t believe him, and we didn’t have to. A few moments later after coming back to get out luggage we saw the other apartment door open. You could see right thru and see the sleeping room in the „empty“ room. Confronting him again he said he is sorry and wants to make amends. He never came, never replied again. We still have the keycard, since there is no reception to give it to. Furthermore the door have a keypad lock. Its the room number. So in case you ever want to see what your fellow neighbor doing, thats the way to do it. So let me sum it up again: This is a scam! Dont book it if you value privacy and security. In the pictures you can see the door and the apartment next to us showing the room which is behind it. I waited so long with the review for the guy to reply and find a solution. He didn’t.
